Support Login

Grant a user a limited time access to another user account for technical support purposes:

  1. Go to S-Button menu and select Administration > User Accounts
  2. User Management dialogue box pops up where you select the user (whose account will be granted access) and click Edit User.
  3. Edit SureClinical User dialogue box pops up, navigate to Support Login tab 
  4. To grant access select a user from the list, modify the expiration date (the date beyond which the granted user will not be able to login as the current user), and click Create.
  5. The details for all users granted access to the currently displayed user account are displayed in a list. You can revoke the granted access by clicking the button Revoke.
