Deactivated User - Grant Temporary Access

This operation appears only on deactivated users. If you want to grant a user temporary access, say for 24 hours, and user’s account is activated again for the specified time frame only:

  1. Go to S-Button menu then select Administration User Accounts.
  2. In General tab mark Show Deactivated Users to display all deactivated users.
  3. Right click on a deactivated user then select Grant Temporary Access.
  4. The Grant Temporary Access dialogue pops up where you can specify the access time frame and click Save.

External auditors are the typical example for users you want to grant them again temporary access to the system (for regular auditing purposes).
